Hi All, we are in the process of renovating our house located in queens NY. It is an old frame house about 20x48, I would need 3 heads o. The first floor, four on the third and four on the second floor. I was thinking a total of 36k BTU for each floor. Two things that come to mind is, how do people heat their bathrooms or will the room air be sufficient and keep it sort of warm in the winter? And do you guys think it is sufficient for the only heating source. I am 55/45 thinking yes. My biggest fear is when we get a cold winter, how would the water pipes be affected? Is there a minimum temp I would need to leave the units set to if we went away for the weekend/week...? Lastly, I’ve had a couple places quote a rebate program with 15-20k back after 3 months, this doesn’t sound right to me, but does a program like this currently exist for whole house primary hyper heating..? Grateful for any feedback, thank you
