Daiken vs Fujitsu

Well I got burned once, had a Friedrich floating point pro system installed November 2020, temps are always off, randomly shuts off, randomly beeps. These things were brand new for the end of 2019, they are rebranded Haiers.

PC richards sub-contracted the install and they are going to RA the entire system and allow me to choose another brand.

So my choice is between Daiken and Fujitsu.

Off the bat, just reading the Daiken manual, they actually explain the settings, the friedrich manuals were garbage, and the Fujitsu manuals are also not very explanatory. However I did notice the Daikens have a weekly timer, which is part of the reason I went with Friendrich (built in wifi with weekly programmability). I want to be able to adjust temperatures throughout the day, example, I love going to bed in an extra cold room, so I always drop the temp a little just before bed, and then raise it back up a little overnight.

So I like the features on the Daiken more. Are they both equal? The installers I think did a great job, they came back twice and so did PC Richards but Friedrich just doesn't respond to them so they are giving up on them. The equipment is probably too new and they haven't worked out all the kinks.
