amana 2 stage heat pump high pressure lockout

I have an amana 2 stage heat pump that is approximately 7 years old. about 1 1/2 years ago or so I started having an issue with a high pressure lockout. my tech replaced the high pressure switch and that seemed to fix it. Shortly afterwards, it started doing it again, so my tech removed 1 1/2 pounds of refrigerant stating maybe it was a bit overcharged. Fast forward a few months and then it started doing it again. A different tech came out and right away noticed the capacitor on the fan side was bad and the fan wasn't starting up to full speed. i had noticed the weak fan speed but figured it was normal. Replaced capacitor and now fan immediately kicks on full speed. Now we are about 9 months later and 3 nights now in the middle of the night when temps got down to upper teens, it has tripped the high pressure lockout again. My tech is coming out later today to look at it but he said he has no idea what it could be at this point. It's not the capacitor again because i watch and the fan kicks right on to full speed as it should. Coils are clean. The air temp coming from the register's is normal for the outside temp. I did find a 5 year old thread on here about a contractor having the same problem with multiple 2 stage amana heat pumps and had no idea what was wrong. Is this a common issue that i'll have to live with? Does anyone have any ideas what i should maybe have my tech look at? any help would be greatly appreciated!!
