I have a Ruud UGFD modulating furnace that isn’t staging correctly. It fires in high 3.5 and instead of dropping to low it goes to somewhat of a medium fire at 2.2 w.c and then drops to 1.7 and then back to high at 3.5. The gas valve and the board have been changed at this point and it’s still doing this. On occasion it has went from high to low at .8 w.c but now it seems consistent doing the wrong staging. Any ideas? Supply and return temp sensors are getting correct ohm readings.
