I have a new six month old SM50 unit which worked perfectly. I shut down the unit for winterizing (Houston freeze) and stored the unit in a heated garage.
After re-connecting, the unit came on and started to run. I added water to the storage bin for cleaning and the drain pump activated. When this happened, the Ice making stopped working and the unit shut off. Power light is on, but no ice making whatsoever. I reset the breaker - nothing. I pressed the clean button, that light comes on, but nothing.
If I press the power button and hold it, the blue ice LED flashes 3 times and then stops.
Any suggestions on "resetting" the unit somehow before I call service? I would hate for them to come out and it was a trivial reset or some fuse somewhere.
