is my furnance cycling too often? turned off and start cycling again when cold.

it's 21 years old Bryant in Dallas, TX. 3.5ton unit for 1st story.. I heard it's slightly oversized.

I noticed mine cycles way often. when it was 8 degree outside and setting was 67, it maintains the temp without any issue but once it shuts off, it starts again less than a minute.
As the temperature outside improve, the cycling is less but still, it runs quite often. My the other unit for 2nd floor does not do that.

the location of thermostat is cooler than the rest of the area and not heated very well. So the rest of the area is usually warmer and the thermostat may get cooler but it seems excessive to me

the unit does not stop prematurely. it doe the job nicely. I check the temp from vent and highest is 130 when input is 72.
I wonder if I am just too sensitive or I should call someone. I got an ignitor replaced a month ago and didn't notice this issue till now. Dallas does not get cold usually like this.

thanks for your insight.
