Infinity carrier Fault 13 limit lockout, MERV filter cause?

Hello I have been having issues lately with fault 13 limit lockout. After much research and testing I believe it is due to my lennox pureair sysytem MERV filter. Is there any suggestions on how to overcome this issue?

Back story:

No issues for 10yrs with lennox pure air system installed (MERV filter). Last year we had bad wild fires for most of the year, very thick smoke for months and I do mean thick. Come this winter my furnace malfunctioned, had to replace the limit switch, flame sensor, ignitor (melted wire) and filter. My guess is that the filter got so clogged it restricted the furnace air flow and burned them up (overheated). Since I have repaired the issues but when I install the filter it will run for a random amount of time till I get the fault 13 again. Can shutoff and it will work again for some time till it happens again. But if I remove the filter completely it will run without issue. I have also made sure all vents are open, since that was another suggestion I read. Obviously I dont want to run without filter so I need to figure out what can be done or what the issue is. I cant involve a outside service tech at this time because I am housing family that is at major risk from COVID and can not risk people coming into the house. Plus I can repair anything myself as well and have all the tools, so no need for a tech and the cost of one.

Here are my specs:

Infinity Carrier

Furnace: 58MVC080-F-10114
software version: CEDR131312-13

SYSTXCCITC01-B
software version: 131626-03.60

Lennox PureAir model: PCO14-23

Thanks in advance!
