Central Dehumidifier

Hello all.
A friend of mine down the road a bit owns a beach condo, which is a rental unit.
Humidity is high year-round, being in the Florida panhandle.
The issue he faces is severe condensation around any north-facing window in the winter months. I'm talking liters of water rolling off these things, with the associated water damage.

I've seen central dehumidifers in typical residential properties, with the unit tied into the return plenum and above the A-coil.
His problem is that his unit is a condo, with the entire furnance/A-coil in a utility closet.

Is there some manner of dehumidifer that would integrate with the typical condo closet HVAC stack? Does such a thing exist?

Thanks!
