Which setup to choose for my residence -Trane vs Lennox?

Hi,
I m based in Houston and have to get the the HVAC changed for my residence.
The system that is already installed is about 19 year old. So basically, now I will have to get a new furnace installed as well as I am looking for an slightly energy efficient system.
The old system was a 5 Ton system and I was recommended 5 Ton again by a tech who did the load testing. I am interested in getting a 16 SEER system.
Right now I have the following 2 options and I want to know which will be better. I have a third option as well which is slightly costlier so I am bit reluctant on that.

Option 1
5-Ton Trane
Condenser: 4TTR6061C1
Evap. Coil: 4TXCC010DS3
Furnace: S8X1C100M5PS

Option 2
5-Ton Lennox
Condenser: ML14XC1-059
Evap. Coil: LH35-49/63
Furnace: ML180E

Option 3
5-Ton Lennox
Condenser: EL16XC1
Evap. Coil: CH35-51/61C
Furnace: ML180E


Please let me know which one would you recommend.
