I am trying to find an equation to figure out the amount of moisture being produced/added to an air stream. The situation is this:
10lb/hr Nortec RH2+ steam humidifier
2k cfm with 3 zones(each zone bypasses in order to keep from freezing the A coil etc)
Distribution tube is in the return(not by choice)
Humidifier is rated at 100% when drawing 16 amps, which it is.
no ERV or HRV connected
Space temp is maintained at 67
Space has not been able to get over 37%
FYI, the water has been tested due to a tank failing in less then 1 month. Water is within spec. Conductivity is at the low end, and salt was added to the tank to help in this matter
