I just had a new carrier furnace and the myinfinty thermostat installed. My problem is i do not get an outsude temp reading at all. It gets the weather forecast but no outside air temp. My installer is thinking about replacing the thermostat, i just keep thinking that the temp should be input by what ever weather service carrier is using.
Have any of you carrier installers had a problem like this?
