Hi folks, we have a Trane heat pump and an old Goodman air handler with gas for aux heat controlled by the Trane XL824. When installed in June of this year we were only in cooling mode and when I looked at the Nexia app or website for my account there was a number for "Fan Only Runtime". Now that we're in heat only mode there is no "Fan Only Runtime" figure. I know when the unit kicked into aux heat after the gas valve closed and there was no gas heat nor heat pump running the fan ran for a couple of minutes as it did in cooling mode yet the Nexia shows simply a "-" mark every day. Is this normal that it only logs fan time in cooling? If I run the fan on in manual it logs the time. Please advise & Thanks:-)
