I have His and Her walkin closets in my master bathroom. The bathroom is 16' x 14'. One closet is on an outside wall and constantly smells musty the other one is nearly as bad. The shoes that are in the closet that are leather have been destroyed by some type of mold or fungus. There are no registers in either closet. Im guessing this is due to a lack of fresh air and high humidity conditions. I have called 5 local HVAC companies and all have said it is not something they are interested in.
I'm in Fleming Island outside of Jacksonville Florida.
Is ventilation the answer here? Would registers help this situation? Is anyone on this forum interested in taking a look at my situation? I own a flooring company and understand that not all jobs are created equal. I do a lot of flooring jobs that I probably shouldnt.
Lemme know if any of you folks can point me in the right direction.
