Lost my Trane Confortlink II 1050 settings.

Hi HVAC Forum,

I don't think I'm breaking the rules as this is not really a DIY situation as everything is already installed. I apologize ahead if I am!

Situation

Everything works fine I somehow lost my settings. I was away for a week and came back to the thermostat "Reset". Using the manual I found where to enter them (5.3.1 Group 1 - Standard Settings*) but I just don't know how to find the answers to all the questions.
The questions and what I have so far:

Outdoor Unit Type: None (this is an indoor unit)
Outdoor unit stages: N/A
Compressor type: ?? No idea
Indoor heating stages: ?? No idea. We did have two "zones"
Indoor blower type: ?? No idea. I think it's non-variable based on my research

I think these are all the settings I need to get this back functioning like it used to

I have this Trane furnace: Model# S9V2B060U3PSBAA per my warranty
I have this thermostat: ComfortLink™ II XL1050,TZON1050

Just trying to get all the settings entered correctly! Thanks for any help!
