Hi everyone,
My furnace is a Lennox model EL296UH110XV60C-05 and I have zone heating with a Harmony III board. I turn the thermostat down every evening by 3C. In the morning I turn it up by 3C and this is when I have a problem. The furnace lights with H2 flashing and the fan at 450cfm. After about a minute it changes to H1 for about a minute then goes back to H2 and the flame goes out with the fan still at 450cfm. About a minute later the fan ramps up to 1264cfm and a minute after that the flame comes back at H2 then a minute later switches to H1. At this point I get an E250 code and the Harmony III has the insufficient heat LED's displayed. It then takes about 2 hours running continuously to get the temp up by 3C on the main floor zone. Just before it reaches the set point the E250 stops as do the diagnostic LED's on the board. After that to maintain the heat everything works as it should. I've had a technician look at it and he can't seem to figure it out. Any help with a possible cause would be very much appreciated.
