Guidance, removing section of Hot Water Heating Pipe.

I need to remove a 6 foot section of hot water heating pipe from my kitchen as that wall is coming down. All the pipes are visible and easily accessible. The complication being that there are no bleeder valves on my pipes so he said he may or may not be able to get all the air out of the system. My system has 5 zones. One for hot water and 4 for heating. The boiler is in the basement of a split level ranch.
1. The system works great now, should he be able to refill the system without adding any bleeder valves? (My thinking is at some point the system was filled with water, we should be able to do it again. However, I know that water pipes are not something I have ever dealt with so that may be a stupid theory)
2. Since I am losing 6 feet of heat from the kitchen and a wall, do I need to install a kick plate heater under my cabinets or will the air flow distribute the heat since there will be no wall there? My kitchen is about 12 x 10. The dining room baseboard heat pipes are about 10 feet away from the kitchen.
Thank you for any guidance

I an new so I cannot post any pictures.
