Gas Valve or Heat exchanger

Hello,

We have a comfortmaker furnace unit, that honestly I had nothing but problems since we got it around 2012. Its a natural gas furnace(C9MPX080J16A2) basically an ICP unit.

So latest issue that I started seeing is unit started to become noise and once in a while I see an error code blinking (Max trials for ignition reached (3hr delay)).

Upon further investigation I found that heat exchangers 4 burners do not come on, only 2 light up and then go out, it tries 4 times, but here is the interesting part, some times it actually succeeds and sometime from 1st try... The noise is coming from the gas valve and its pretty loud (its a honeywell vr8205s2437), but also not all the time and some times stops making noise after a while or after a tap on it.... I checked the voltage and its 24 and looks fine, I checked the pressure and it looks fine as well, tried to adjusted but it does seem to make a difference at all. When it does run, it does not come off and flame looks good and seems to function normally(other the the valve making a noise).

Do I have a bad gas valve should it be replaced ?

Any insight and help is really apprenticed !

(PS I went down the road with HVAC specialist around my area and no one ever is able to help, I spent a lot of time working on this systems, I have 2 separate units for 2 zones that are identical, never expirensed a gas issue before, but had to fix all sorts of things in the past with HVAC people and with out)
