Bryant furnace model 355CAV holding water

Hi,
Looking for some advice on an issue that I'm having with my furnace in my house. I have a Bryant 355CAV furnace that seems to be holding water somewhere in the collector box. After my furnace runs for awhile and turns off, it will turn back on when the thermostat calls for heat. I have found if I remove the blue drain tube that runs from the inducer housing to the condensate trap, water pours out of the tube and then the furnace will turn on and run fine. I have to do this about two times a day for the furnace to run as normal. I've checked the condensate trap and all the drain lines and nothing is blocked. It seems to me that inducer housing is holding water and a vacuum. This could explain, in my opinion, why the furnace does not turn back on because the pressure switches can not read the negative pressure, because of the water in the lines, and therefore does not think the inducer vent motor is running. I just don't know what could be causing the water in the collector housing to hold a vacuum and not let the water drain into the trap and out of the furnace. Nothing has been changed or replaced on the furnace that might have caused this issue. Any help would greatly appreciated.
