Lennox G26 Inducer Motor Replacement Questions

Hi All, The easy first, technical second...... G26Q3-75-1 with intermittent noisy combustion blower that I am looking to replace. My research is showing p/n is 68K21 and prices run all over the place with a few different models that show up.
1)Any pointers or things from experience that I should include or avoid?
2) Compatible parts that are available under $
The technical: Blower motor that is in furnace is Ametek Windjammer JF1F054N 44309 46F83121R 3400 RPM 1/15HP .85A with 3MFD capacitor.
One I have to replace it is Fasco A163 3400 RPM 1/20 HP 1.8A with no capacitor
3) Have always followed rule #1 that you should never replace motor with a lower HP..... and the amperage difference concerns me that it will cause collateral damage elsewhere, but the replacements I am able to find seem to follow the 1/20 HP 1-2A range. Thoughts?
4) I find when searching for used replacements and or looking at HVAC scrap piles there are quite a few that were only used for a month including newer looking Inducers on furnaces in the scrap pile........ Would the inducer have anything to do with HX cracks or what other things might the HP/Amperage affect along with any other related thoughts?
5) Looking for any expertise/experience of replacing these with aftermarket or non OE parts as the furnace is probably not worth the OE cost, but am not ready to scrap it as of yet..
Should be a good start, Any information is appreciated. Feel like I am overthinking it but am getting caught up in the cross references.
