Inverter Mini Split - Humidity Situation

Hey everyone, I've got tons of information by reading threads in this forum, so useful!

I am very new at this, I just got a Panasonic Inverter Mini Split installed in my room, and have a situation regarding the humidity, which I am not sure if it is normal or not.

I live in Costa Rica, a very humid country. RH is usually around 80-90%. Readings in my room usually shows 80-85% RH. When I turn on this new AC, I set the temp to 23C-24C (73-75F), it cools down the room beautifully, and the RH begins dropping quickly. However, when the set temp is reached, the compressor slows down, but the inner fan keeps running at a very low speed. The air flowing out of the indoor unit is not cold any more, but this indoor fan never shuts down. I have read that this is the normal operation of mini splits, because they use the air flow to sense the air temperature and regulate when to start cooling again. The issue I'm having, however, is that when the cooling stops but the indoor fans keeps running, the humidity begins rising, and in a few minutes I'm at 80-85% RH again!

Is this normal or might there be an issue with the unit or the installation? Any ideas of how to overcome this situation?

Thank you so much in advance for any insight you could provide!
