Hi Pros,
I am in middle of remodeling the basement, and we have the opportunity to start from a clean slate. We decided on central AC, but in terms of heating, I learned about 2 options,
hydro air (hydronic air) or furnace.
is one system better than the other. Money for the equipment is not an issue, I understand I will have to buy a boiler or combi-boiler for the hydronic air system. But outside of that which is cheaper to run in the long run? Is one more energy efficient?
radiant floor heating is not an option because of the tiling being done already
Please help me? This is all new to me.
Also is arcoaire a good brand? my HVAC person says its from carrier?
