Fuel Cost - Propane vs Heat pump

In using the calculations from another thread here, I have figured out that it is cheaper to not use the heat pump for heating?

Here are the calculations using the other thread, based on my costs. I have put my numbers in red.

"Propane has 91000 BTU/gallon and let's assume the furnace is 96% efficient. So 100000/91000/.96 = 1.14 gallons of propane. If your propane is $.99/gallon, your cost for 100,000 BTU for one hour is $1.13.

Electricity is 3412 BTU/KW and we assumed above that your electric heat pump system will average 200% efficiency. So 100000/3412/2 = 14.65 KW-Hr of electricity. If your electricity costs $.10/KW-Hr, your cost for 100000 BTU for one hour is $1.47."

SO, if this is the correct way to calculate, is there any reason I shouldn't always use my propane for heating?
