Heating load calc is 31413 btu, HRAI says furnace sizing should account for 100% to 140% of load calc.
Would a 96% 40 btu unit do the trick? The net output is 39000 which puts me at about 125%. Currently have a 60 single stage with psc and need to choose between the 40 or 60.
