Downside of Heil versus Carrier infinity furnace

Are there quality issues with Heil furnaces compared with Carrier infinity series? I know they are manufactured by the same company. I am looking at a 96 % efficiency 2 stage furnace. I see the Heil warranty is 5 years while the Carrier is 10.

I am concerned with reliability.
