I got all new flex ducts and a new supply plenum installed by a contractor about a month ago. While working in the attic yesterday I noticed that I could feel cold air from the following locations:
1. Relatively small amount of air can be felt by hand at the connection of the plenum and the duct, as shown in pic below.

2. Additionally, a strong flow of air can be felt where this tube (is it refrigerant tube?) goes into the evaporator coil (this was installed 4 years ago).

Is it normal for air to be felt in these locations?
