33 - Limit Fault and 13 Limit Lockout

Hi All,

Thank you in advance for your help.

I have an Carrier Infinity furnace that was installed in 2016.

model - 59MN7A080V171214

It worked fine for a few years and problem started in Jan. 2019 with the following codes.

System fault - 13-LIMIT LOCKOUT
33 - LIMIT FAULT

There were no changes to the house.
I called my HAVC guy and he was able to fix it or so I thought at the time.
Winter was over and in summer there were no issues.

Problems persisted again when furnace was used in November 2019.

I called back my HVAC guy and he checked everything and could not find any issues after checking the usual things. New filter, no air flow obstructions anywhere in the ductwork , new limit switch, gas settings, and so on.
He reached out to Carrier pro support and they asked him to setup the gas settings over again.
He used a Testo Combustion analyzer and setup all the gas setting again.
He even changed the blower motor even though he didn't think anything was wrong with it.
He ran the furnace without the filter and plenum and it was still tripping.
Managed to get thought the winter with issues.

And now October problems again.

What happens is the furnace will run fine for a few hours and give 33 - Limit Fault. After some time it goes to 13 limit lockout and stops running.
I usually end up power cycling it from the breaker and it works fine for another few hours and then same cycle repeats.

Any help is appreciated.
Frustrated to the point where I want to rip everything out and get a new furnace.
