Water puddling around evap coil cabinet and blower when running AC

I have a Trane S8X2 furnace and an XR16 condenser. After running the AC, there is a puddle of water forming around the exterior where the evaporator coil cabinet meets the top of the furnace. Also, there is a small puddle by the furnace blower. Clearly the water is not being trapped by the condensate pan and is dripping down or being blown out. The drain line is clear and the condensate pan is not cracked. It only occurs when the AC is running.

There's no ice build up on the evap coils either

Is this an issue with airflow? Trying to understand what is happening here.
