When a tech does a proper job of measuring the static pressure, will a somewhat over-sized furnace (say modestly, by 15% or so) and/or an oversized blower (4 ton instead of a 3 ton used for a 2 Ton AC unit) be likely to cause an unduly high static pressure reading or do those things have little to do with that reading?
