Rattle in forced hot air furnace startup that can’t be found

Hi All,

I have a Olsen BFL-145 with a Beckett AF65YB oil fires forced hot air furnace. For the first 20-25 seconds EVERY time it fire there is a rattle like a loose bolt that goes away when the furnace has warmed up a bit and always before the circulation fan has kicked on. The rattle is most pronounced in the supply side vents and almost a nonexistent sound on the return side as well as when your down in the basement next to the furnace.

I’ve had two separate furnace guys just shrug their shoulders and say it’s an old furnace, what do you expect? But it’s loud enough in the dead of night that it wakes both me and my wife up...and in the northeast your furnace kicks on a LOT at night in the dead of winter. Help!!!
