In the process of building a house. Heat for the first floor will be hot water. My original plan is to install a multizone ductless mini-split heat pump when I finish the attic.
Do any of the major manufacturers make a multizone air conditioner only? I'm at the point where roughing in the piping for radiators would be simple.
I don't think it would make sense to have 2 sources of heat.
