Is the AC SEER14 or SEER15

I'm buying a new Toll Brothers home and I have a question about the unit they are providing. The standard offering is SEER 14, which of course is the minimum.

As I have been walking the community and analyzing every home they have built in my series, I have noticed that the most of the AC units have the part number: BA15NA04800G (or a slight variant for different sizes, but always starting with BA15). Whenever I google it, it comes back as a SEER 15 AC but it only comes up on Siglers.com website, and not on the Bryant . I cannot seem to find this part number on the Bryant website no matter what.

What's weird is that at least 2 of the units I encountered still had the yellow EnergyGuide sticker that say SEER 14.

This is why I'm puzzled. I know the builder is very unlikely to just "gift" a SEER 15 instead of 14 unless there are supply issues or is it somehow cheaper for them.

Can anyone explain the discrepancy?
